Divine Power.

2 Peter 1:4
4 And because of his glory and excellence, he has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires.

Who's divine nature are we called to be a part of? Why, God's, of course. He gives us the power to do a lot of things...including the ability to overcome the evilness of the world and Satan's temptations. If as Christians we do not wade out of the horrid stuff, this will take away from the meaning of God and keep him from intervening, tweaking, and letting us grow spiritually.

Also, the more we know about who we believe in (God and the fact that he sacrificed his son to die on the cross) lets our very own power grow. Remember what Christ has done for you!

God has promised us so many things in his Word. If we keep his vows in mind, we can prevent the evil from invading our lives.

Finally, just keep the image of God in you constantly, all the time, all day long. This will show others that the spirit is leading, guiding, and motivating us; nothing else has such a divine power as God.

It's not that hard. You have a spirit in you that is capable to grow in the name of God.
