God Works Things Out.

Romans 8:28
28 And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

Twice a year, my church hosts two popular community events where a couple thousand people come out to each. We have a Fall Festival and an Easter Eggstravaganza. They're both fun for the community...giving kids the opportunity to jump in bounce houses, make crafts, and get their faces painted. It's all free too! Of course we don't leave out Jesus! Knowing that he died for us is priceless, so the least we can do is teach and share with others. For some people, it's the only taste of Jesus they get all year. It's just a reality of the world. Some people just never go to church.

Rain or shine we're out there during these two events. I wasn't in town for the Eggstravaganza, but there was plenty of support from the church. You see, God has an idea and he doesn't care about Mother Nature - whether it rains or not. We've done these events in the rain before. He wants to touch many lives and he will let things happen...if they're meant to be and if they coincide with his will.
