Ecclesiastes 5:10
10 Those who love money will never have enough. How meaningless to think that wealth brings true happiness!
When it comes to success, we tend to look at the material items, like clothes and money. And how many friends we have too! Ultimately, none of the above will matter. When we stand at the feet of Jesus in heaven one day, what matters is if we were Godly and followed his ways as much as possible. Our relationships with other people are also important. We must live and glorify God in everything we do.
Remember you will be held accountable for you actions. You can discuss these things with others (friends) or with God in prayer. What would you have to tell God if he came to your house tomorrow?
