Do As the Little Child Would.

Matthew 18:1-4
1 About that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who is greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven?”
2 Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them. 3 Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. 4 So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.

When you see a young child what comes across your mind? A troublemaker? A beauty from God? Well in essence, the young child is a beautiful act created by God. At the same time, while he or she may temper tantrums from time to time, aren't they so innocent? You can also trust them too. They certainly don't hide the truth based on what I've seen. Also, little by little, you can plant faith in them because they aren't influenced by the world yet.

Listen to what the Word is revealing to us. If we humble ourselves just as the little child did, we are promised to be a part of God's kingdom. Where does the Kingdom of Heaven begin? It simply begins in your heart and soul and extends into heaven where you can find the Lord.

Just as a child doesn't focus on the secular items, you shouldn't. No matter what the world says, don't worry about it. Don't let anything get in the way of your humble walk with God.
